Metastatic TCC Urinary Bladder
A 57 year old male underwent radical cystectomy for muscle invasive TCC urinary bladder. Later, perineal urethrectomy was performed as the urethral involvement was evident on histopathology. He later presented with sudden onset of unconsciousness followed by sudden death. Chest X-Ray revealed large cannon ball opacity in the right lung. The death was probably due to the advanced nature of the disease and possible metastases in the brain.
