A one-day training workshop was organized by Quality Enhancement Cell Ayub Medical College in which chairmen, in-charges and coordinators of various departments participated. The purpose of this workshop was to review MBBS programs. The training workshop was chaired by Prof. Dr. Umer Farooq, Dean, Ayub Medical College. He said that the purpose of holding such a workshop is to make the participants aware of new trends and modern research and to increase their capacity for research in Pakistan. There is less focus on therapeutic therapies, there is a gap in the field, there should be opportunities for researchers to develop a research culture through new guidelines and new technologies and to correct the direction of existing research. What can be done, what is being done in Pakistan at the moment, is in the form of a mixed plate, that is, something is happening, but in different ways and in different directions, the results of which are not being found, he said. Quality Enhancement Cell Director Ayub Medical College Prof. Dr. Ruqiyya Sultana highlighted the role of Quality Enhancement Cell.She gave detailed information about MBBS programs and revised assessment. In the second session, Dr. Sobia Ali highlighted the mission and purpose of the program and discussed all the checklists in the review of MBBS. Other members of the Quality Enhancement Cell from the workshop were Dr. Noman Siddique, Dr. Muhammad Junaid Khan. , Dr. Ayesha Rafique and Dr. Adil Naseer also gave their views on different sessions. In this regard, Director Quality Enhancement Cell Prof. Dr. Ruqqiya Sultana said that such a workshop is possible only through a good team and most of our IT team in this workshop Kanwal Rabab, Mujaddid Sami, Kamran Javed and Waheed Gulzar. In the end, Dean Ayub Medical College Prof. Dr. Umer Farooq also distributed certificates among organizers of the workshop.
