Webmaster: My Humble reply is this that the Abbottabad test is not 'mean'. To tell you, it is the pioneer entrance test in Pakistan! Yes, it has a value for AJK (and all others too) because nobody gets admitted in Ayub Medical College without this test. The result is out and you can calculate your merit to estimate the magnitude of advantage from this 'mean' test.

There are no seats even on self financing basis in any government medical college. However, you may apply to any private medical college for admission. Unlike other provinces, there is no ban on admissions from other provinces in any private medical/dental college of our province. Then some people approached the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the SC decided in 1997 that this was the BEST evaluation of the candidates for admission and that it MUST be implemented throughout the country. What is this? We students of first year MBBS want to go on tour to Swat Summer Festival and Administration can not even provide us the transport facility. Here comes the difference between KMC and AMC.

Webmaster: The difference is in budgets and resources. KMC has a fleet of buses and vans, we merely have 2+1. The administration does not stop you going anywhere during vacation and you may like to proceed if there are no classes. We searched and found no mention of essentially sending the students for festivals whenever and wherever they are held. Please see if YOU find it anywhere.

And To prove it u just need to look at the faculty and Late Dr Jaffar khan Sb is still the head of eye deptt there!
