Orientation Session of newly inducted TMO’s

The first-ever orientation session of newly inducted TMO’s was organized at Ayub Medical College Abbottabad on 25 of January, 2022.
The purpose of this orientation session was to orient the fresh resident doctors to Hospital affairs and to update them on how to overcome Hospital challenges.
The session had different presentations like job description, workplace harassment, theatre etiquettes, infection prevention, the value of teamwork, Covid Sops, and updates on HIMS.
Medical Director Prof. Dr. Alam Zeb khan Swati, DDMS Dr. Jamil Akbar, Focal Person SSP Dr. Imran Farooq, IT Director Engineer Shehryar Ali, Nursing Manager Razaul Haq gave presentations to TMOs.
The heads of various departments also participated in it.
Chief guest of this orientation session was Prof Dr Jahangir Khan and Dean Ayub Medical College & CEO Ayub Teaching Hospital Prof Dr Umer Farooq . He welcomed the new TMO’s and stressed on always staying positive in Hospital affairs.
