An amazing Sports week 2019 at Ayub Medical College Abbottabad kicks off with an opening ceremony, took place at College Cricket ground.
Opening ceremony started with recitation of few verses from Holy Quran followed by oath taking of participants. The oath was administered by the Dean AMC Prof. Dr Umar Farooq who was the chief guest of ceremony.
After declaration of opening of the sports week 2019 all the Students, Guests and Spectators showed their great interest by flying balloons and releasing pigeons on the site. All the teams participating in the event came infront of the dias lead by their respective CRs holding their team colors. All players were in proper kit. They carried out march past which was amazing and beautiful with full passion & enthusiasm.
Majority of Teaching/ Non teaching staff/ Students witnessed the opening ceremony and appreciated this mega event.
Tug of war between the Students, Teaching & Non-teaching staff was conducted which was symbol of harmony and unity with in the institution.
